Singing together, growing in harmony: Studio Lev Cho:r in Kassel
On November 5, 2026, Studio Lev Kassel e.V. invites you to the Studio Lev Cho:r. Under the musical direction of Krystian Köhn, an open choir space is created for people between 18 and 114 years old who want to develop a repertoire and create stage moments together.
Many voices, one common sound
The focus is on singing together, multi-part arrangements, and the joy of further developing musical ideas in the group. Choir work combines focused listening, rhythmic synchronization, and the creation of a unique sound. Step by step, individual voices form a cohesive ensemble sound.
Open to beginners
No prior knowledge is required. Everyone who has a passion for music, commitment, and collaborative work is welcome. Practicing between sessions supports the building of the repertoire and strengthens the choir's musical development.
Studio Lev as a socio-cultural sound space
Studio Lev Kassel is a non-profit, socio-cultural theater association that connects musical stage projects, choir work, and intergenerational cultural offerings. The association was founded in 2009 and has been operating since 2024 in the cdw cultural area. The Studio Lev Cho:r has also participated in multiple musical projects of the Kassel Music Days, including scenic-musical productions with music from various times, genres, and cultural circles.
Conclusion: Become part of the choir sound now
The Studio Lev Cho:r offers immediate access to ensemble singing, stage performance, and collaborative musical creation. If you want to contribute your voice, discover new sound colors, and build a repertoire with others, you'll find an open musical meeting point here in Kassel.
