I called last time and the workers aren't nice and rude. They humiliated people, especially if you can't speak German well. Bad attitude 👎👎👎👎

I had a great experience here. I was seen to very quickly and received my required paperwork promptly and served with a smile. I was in and out of here within half an hour.
