GetMyInvoices | Prices, Login & DATEV

GetMyInvoices is not a traditional event venue, but the Kassel location of fino data services GmbH, which operates the SaaS solution for digital invoice management of the same name. The focus is on a very clear promise: invoices and receipts should no longer be painstakingly gathered, but automatically collected from thousands of sources, securely processed, and structured for accounting or tax consulting. The company describes itself as a FinTech with a passion for technology and finance, and according to official information, over 100 colleagues are working to make the processes around preparatory accounting simpler. For companies, this is exactly the core of interest: less manual routine, fewer media breaks, and more transparency in the daily invoice flow. At the same time, the location in Kassel is also the legal and organizational home of the brand. The address Universitätsplatz 12 in 34127 Kassel and the company information in the imprint make it clear that this is not an event location, but a specialized software provider that places digital invoice processing and automation at the center. ([getmyinvoices.com](https://www.getmyinvoices.com/en/about-us/?utm_source=openai))

Those searching for GetMyInvoices Login, GetMyInvoices Prices, GetMyInvoices DATEV, or GetMyInvoices Alternative usually have very specific goals: securing access, checking costs, comparing integrations, or better understanding the functionality. That is exactly why a clear classification of the platform is worthwhile. GetMyInvoices is officially described as software for digital invoice processing that automatically downloads invoices from over 10,000 online portals, email inboxes, desktop and mobile app sources, archives them in compliance with GoBD, and forwards them to external systems. This clear orientation makes the solution interesting for small businesses, medium-sized companies, and tax offices that want to not only digitize their processes but actually standardize them. Searches for alternatives, prices, or cancellations are not coincidental but expressions of a pragmatic need for information: Does the model fit my team, my volume of receipts, and my existing processes? The answer usually depends on three factors: degree of automation, integrations, and usability in everyday life. ([getmyinvoices.com](https://www.getmyinvoices.com/en/?utm_source=openai))

Why GetMyInvoices is Searched So Often for Login, Prices, and DATEV

The keyword landscape around GetMyInvoices clearly shows what potential customers pay attention to first. The entry almost always begins with the login, because without access, no portals can be connected, no receipts imported, and no workflows started. Following closely are prices, DATEV, and app, as these four topics represent the most important hurdles in everyday life: What does the solution cost, how are documents imported, where are they exported, and how conveniently does it work on the go? GetMyInvoices addresses exactly these questions with a very broad functional promise. The platform automatically collects invoices from online portals, email inboxes, and mobile devices, exports data to third-party systems, and thus supports the entire process from capture to handover. According to the official website, over 20,000 customers already trust the solution. This is not just a marketing value but an indicator that the platform is used in a variety of accounting and controlling environments. For search intent, this is important: Those searching for login or prices usually want to quickly know whether the software fits into their work reality and whether the entry can be made without friction. ([getmyinvoices.com](https://www.getmyinvoices.com/en/?utm_source=openai))

The topic of alternatives is also meaningful in this context. In many cases, users are not looking for an alternative out of dissatisfaction but because they want to compare different systems: one tool for collecting receipts, another for accounting, a third for approvals. GetMyInvoices positions itself here as a connecting layer between source and target systems. This is a different usage model than pure accounting software, as the platform does not primarily replace the annual financial statement but automates the daily flow of receipts. This is where part of the SEO potential lies: Those searching for setting up DATEV, Lexware Office, Amazon, or Amex do not want an abstract product brochure but concrete answers to integration questions. The pricing logic is also relevant because the official packages are structured according to documents, portal connections, synchronization accounts, users, and optional modules. This allows the solution to be compared more as a scalable infrastructure tool than as a simple standalone product. Therefore, those searching for GetMyInvoices alternatives often want to know whether a cheaper or more specialized setup fits better into their process landscape. GetMyInvoices Login, Desktop App, and Mobile App in Everyday Life

The login at GetMyInvoices is intentionally kept simple, but it is also a central security issue. According to the help center, the login page login.getmyinvoices.com is used for problems logging in; there, you can regain access using the password reset function if the password has been forgotten. Additionally, GetMyInvoices points out that single sign-on scenarios can also play a role, for example, when existing online accounts are used for login. In practice, this means: Access is not just a technical step but the foundation for ensuring that portal connections, synchronizations, and approvals run smoothly. Particularly interesting is the desktop app. It is available for Windows and macOS and connects online portals through a locally integrated browser. Users can decide whether to save login data or whether to log in manually without transferring passwords. This addresses a real everyday issue for many teams: maximum control with minimal friction. ([help.getmyinvoices.com](https://help.getmyinvoices.com/en/faq/unable-log-in-getmyinvoices/?utm_source=openai))

The mobile app complements this approach with receipt capture on the go. According to the help center, it is available for free for iOS and Android and makes it possible to digitize paper receipts directly via camera and transfer them to the GetMyInvoices account. The app uses OCR technology to automatically recognize and process relevant information such as amounts, invoice numbers, and other content. This is crucial in everyday life when travel expenses, fuel receipts, or entertainment receipts should not be processed later in the office. Additionally, GetMyInvoices describes features such as direct document availability, automatic scanning, and mobile transmission to the central receipt storage. This is interesting for teams that work decentralized or are often on the go, as invoices and receipts land directly in the system instead of disappearing on the desk or in the glove compartment. The combination of desktop app and mobile app also shows how consistently the platform relies on process chains: portal retrieval on the computer, spontaneous receipt capture on the go, and then structured handover to accounting. ([help.getmyinvoices.com](https://help.getmyinvoices.com/en/faq/getmyinvoices-mobile-app/?utm_source=openai))

GetMyInvoices Prices, Packages, and Cancellation Explained Clearly

The pricing structure at GetMyInvoices is intentionally modular, allowing small businesses and larger teams to start differently depending on receipt volume and functional needs. According to the official pricing page, the tariffs start at Essential from €19 per month, followed by Small from €39, Standard from €59, Professional from €99, Advanced from €179, and Business from €499 per month. For larger organizations, there is also the Business package starting at €499 per month, as well as individual offers. What matters is not just the price but the logic behind it: documents per month, portal connections, synchronization accounts, email accounts, bank accounts, users, and workflows differ depending on the package. This is important for the search term GetMyInvoices Prices because not only the monthly amount counts, but also the scalability and expandability. Additionally, the provider points out a 5% savings for annual payment. Therefore, when comparing the platform with an alternative, one should consider not only the entry costs but also the number of automated connections and the planned team size. ([getmyinvoices.com](https://www.getmyinvoices.com/en/prices/?utm_source=openai))

The topic of cancellation is also clearly described on the official help page. If you want to terminate your account, you can do so directly in the dashboard by clicking on the account name, opening the billing section, and selecting the point to cancel the account. GetMyInvoices explicitly points out that by canceling, all uploaded documents and saved settings will be irrevocably deleted. This is an important note, especially when users search for GetMyInvoices cancellation because they want to export their data beforehand or transfer it to another system. For SEO planning, this point is relevant: cancellation is not just a signal of discontinuation but often a moment when users ask about data backup, export, and alternatives. Therefore, a good location and product page should transparently explain the termination option without putting pressure on users. This also contributes to credibility, as clear information about price, package limits, and deletion consequences is usually more helpful for ready-to-buy users than general marketing language. ([help.getmyinvoices.com](https://help.getmyinvoices.com/de/faq/account-kuendigen/?utm_source=openai))

DATEV, Lexware Office, Amazon, and Other Integrations

The most important integration question for many users at GetMyInvoices is: How quickly and cleanly do receipts enter the existing accounting world? The provider's answer is clear: Documents can be handed over to systems such as DATEV, sevdesk, and Lexware Office via synchronization accounts. According to the official documentation, GetMyInvoices enables the automatic transfer of receipt images to DATEV Unternehmen Online; for this, the DATEV receipt image service for accounting must be activated. This is particularly relevant for companies that work with tax consulting or internal accounting processes according to clear standards. The actual advantage lies not only in the export itself but in the standardization of the entire process: import, check, assign, export. Those searching for GetMyInvoices DATEV interface or GetMyInvoices DATEV setup want to reduce exactly these friction points and make the handover as reproducible as possible. ([help.getmyinvoices.com](https://help.getmyinvoices.com/de/faq/datev-als-synchronisationskonto-hinzufuegen-uebergabe-belegbild/?utm_source=openai))

In addition, there is a large number of supported portals and third-party systems. On the website, GetMyInvoices mentions Amazon, Google Ads, and Shopify, as well as more than 10,000 other portals from which invoices can be automatically imported. Bank accounts can also be connected so that transactions can be automatically imported and matched with corresponding receipts. There are also export paths to other accounting and ERP systems, making the platform function not only as an entry channel but also as a distributor. For users with Lexware Office questions, it is important that GetMyInvoices offers official interfaces and help, for example, for updating login data when a connection is interrupted. In practice, this means: The platform is not limited to a single target system but is designed for modular use. This makes it attractive for search terms like Amazon, Lexware Office, or DATEV, as these keywords usually indicate a desire for concrete automations rather than mere product information. ([getmyinvoices.com](https://www.getmyinvoices.com/en/?utm_source=openai))

API, Security, and American Express: Strong Workflows for Teams

GetMyInvoices focuses not only on standard exports but also on technical flexibility when it comes to interfaces. According to the official help center, the company offers a free-to-use accounts API, through which invoice information can be directly integrated from the GetMyInvoices account into third-party systems. This is exciting for teams that want to build their own automations, evaluations, or integrations and are not solely reliant on pre-made click paths. In technical practice, an API primarily means more freedom in process design: data can flow into internal tools, workflows can be expanded, and the platform becomes part of a larger system landscape. In conjunction with the synchronization logic, this creates a very scalable model that is particularly useful for companies with growing receipt volumes. Therefore, those searching for GetMyInvoices API usually do not want a marketing page but a reliable answer to whether the solution fits into existing digital processes. ([help.getmyinvoices.com](https://help.getmyinvoices.com/en/faq/getmyinvoices-restful-api/?utm_source=openai))

Regarding security, GetMyInvoices also positions itself very clearly. According to the official security and privacy page, data is processed in data centers and servers in Germany; certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001, SOC1, and ISAE 3402 are mentioned. Additionally, the provider describes SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, automated backups, certified data centers, and a zero-knowledge logic where only authorized users have access to data. The statement that stored passwords are not visible to customers or employees also belongs to this security picture. Such information is particularly important for companies managing sensitive receipts, invoices, and account data. For keywords like GetMyInvoices Alternative, this is relevant because security and privacy standards often make the difference in comparison. Additionally, the American Express integration is mentioned on the official site, where benefits such as the free Platinum package for Business Platinum Card holders and a price advantage of 25% for Business Gold Card holders are noted; the card must be linked in the account for transactions to be taken over and receipts to be assigned. ([help.getmyinvoices.com](https://help.getmyinvoices.com/en/faq/where-getmyinvoices-store-data-how-managed/?utm_source=openai))

GetMyInvoices in Kassel: Location, Team, and Support

The Kassel location of GetMyInvoices is not just an address but the legal and organizational core of the company. The imprint lists fino data services GmbH at Universitätsplatz 12 in 34127 Kassel; the representatives Björn Kahle and Florian Christ, as well as the Kassel commercial register data, are also documented there. For users looking for a physical location, this is the most important information: GetMyInvoices is based in Kassel and is clearly established there as a German company. At the same time, one should not confuse the location with a publicly accessible event space. It is a software house with a focus on support, product, and development, not an event operation. This clarity helps when researching location, address, or company background. ([getmyinvoices.com](https://www.getmyinvoices.com/de/impressum/?utm_source=openai))

The support is also clearly structured. GetMyInvoices provides contact options via form, email, chat in the dashboard, and appointment booking, as well as a support phone number. This is relevant in practice because many search queries do not arise from curiosity but from specific product questions: login issues, connection to Lexware Office, DATEV export, mobile app usage, or cancellation. Those taking these topics seriously expect quick help rather than long detours. Additionally, account cancellation can be initiated in the dashboard, with the deletion consequences explained transparently. Overall, the Kassel location presents a typical picture of modern B2B software: a central company headquarters, a digital service approach, and a solution that focuses on processes rather than show effects. For the search terms related to GetMyInvoices Login, Prices, DATEV, App, or Alternative, this combination of product clarity, functional breadth, and support proximity is the actual SEO core. We’re still at the beginning of setting up Get My Invoices, but so far it’s already doing what we need. The customer service has been really helpful and quick to respond. I also like that this tool is not just for one small task, it helps improve and organize several parts of our accounting and finance workflow. Definitely worth the stars it deserves.

Flaky software combined with very poor customer service. Critical issues in the software even after 4 months are not resolved. There are many alternatives in the market as a substitute for this product, stay away!

I've been very impressed with the functionality of GetMyInvoices. So many connection possibilities to online portals, and the interface is clear and very easy to use. I've been connecting all my accounts, and now have a great central point for my accounting, and for my tax advisor to access. Thank you!!

Great idea, but interface slow and beset with bugs as of September 2024. ----------------- In reaction to the response from GetMyInvoices: I am already in touch with your support. Again, the idea is great and ultimately all of the functions make sense. It's just that the responses to any changes or requests (download new invoices, change pictures for portals/companies, implementation and testing of new portals) is rather slow and, in the latter case, somewhat unreliable. Looking forward to solving these problems with your support. ----------------- For example, today (09/09/2024) I get constant server breakdowns, websites not loading at all. It has been pretty much impossible to work with the service over the last 90min, resulting in a huge waste of time - the exact opposite of what this service was meant to achieve.
