The Thalia in Kassel is more than just a bookstore—it’s an experience. The store is spacious and beautifully designed across multiple floors, easily accessible via escalator. The Harry Potter statue (with Hedwig!) and the themed banners create a fantastic, immersive atmosphere for fans. They offer a great selection of German and international books, plus a large variety of games, gifts, and stationery. The whole place is bright, well-organized, and has a very inviting, modern feel. Good location for a hot chocolate, a cup of tea or coffee. Plus the cakes are mouth watering! Plus a good wifi gives you the freedom of access.

Great place for bookworms....also good collection of house decoration stuff...but rather expensive.

A great bookstore with a large selection of genres. There are some seats for you to rest and read comfortably and the coffee bar in the second floor is great for meeting friends and studying.

They have a lot of popular books in both German and English and for a German book store they have a lot of English books.
